Electrical Service Upgrade

Our skilled team specializes in enhancing and modernizing electrical systems to accommodate the evolving needs of your household. Whether you’re dealing with outdated wiring, planning a home expansion, or incorporating new appliances, our expert electricians ensure a seamless upgrade process.

Inspection and Testing

Our team will test every circuit throughout your house and property to ensure they are working properly. Also, a thorough inspection of the work will be carried out by a city electrical inspector from your local permitting office.

Planning and Permits

We take care of obtaining the necessary permits and carefully plan the upgrade process to ensure compliance with regulations. We will submit an application to your local electrical utility company. This process does take some time so please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for PUD or Seattle City Light scheduling.

Assessment

An electrician will evaluate your current electrical system, considering factors such as power demands, appliance usage, local and national electric codes and safety requirements.

Power Shutdown and Reconnection

On the day the work takes place, the power will be shut down to the entire house and reconnected that same afternoon, in most cases.

What's Included

Our team will install the new 200-amp electrical panel, new breakers, meter socket with disconnect, mast with weather head (if applicable), feeder wire, grounding rods, bonding of metal water and gas pipes, whole house surge protector and the permit is included in the price. The connection fees from your local utility company are not included in the price. Usually an additional $500 to $1000 paid directly to your utility company.
